Why Made-to-Order?

At OBriasco we offer our Collection wedding gowns as Made-to-Order. But what is Made-to-Order? And why is it a good idea?

Made-to-Order is the process of which your wedding gown is made especially for you to your size, selected from our size guide, in our Napier Boutique. Because of this, you have the ability to adjust small details before it is made, such as the depth of the neckline, or the volume of pleats in the skirt, etc. Then, once your gown is complete, you can come in to our Boutique for your final fitting and any final alterations can be made.

This process with us is personal, and can save you a lot of time (and stress!) going between different vendors. You'll always be dealing with the same person from your very first interaction at OBriasco, to when you take your gown home. We are here to support you in the lead up to your wedding, and make you look and feel your best for your big day.

Alternatively, if you can’t make it into the Boutique, or prefer to purchase online, we can securely post your gown to you and any final touches can be made with your chosen seamstress.

Another very important aspect we believe is important for us to consider, is sustainability. Having our gowns as Made-to-Order means we aren’t wasting any resources unnecessarily, and holding excess stock in the studio waiting to be sold. We believe sustainability and ethics are the future of business so we put this in practise with each gown, without compromising on quality.
